Being a photographer has filled my life in every way, allowing me to develop my creativity,
vision, and passion for capturing people's memories as if they were mine.
So, here I am, ready to capture a little snippet of the beautiful life you have created!
This guide is for you to know what to expect in your session.

Your Session
- Our time together does not begin or end in the session itself. It all starts from the first contact and until you receive your gallery.
- We will talk about places and ideas, (because you can be as creative as you want) outfits, your personalities, and other things that connect you.
- I'm here to capture the session that excites you and you have imagined.
- Your session will start with traditional portraits because those can never be missing, but then we focus on the natural interaction that with a little guidance allows me to capture your expressions, and your dynamics as a couple, or family all in a relaxed and fun environment!
- I’m not after the perfect pose, I’m after the in-between moments of that pose because that is where the magic lies!
During the session, the only thing on your mind will be cherishing those moments with your family, fully present and enjoying every second together!
Something to know
- Feel free to call me Gabriela or Gaby during the photo shoot, I believe it creates a relaxed atmosphere.
- Tip to prepare your kids: With low-key reference let them know what is happening; tell them you will be "hanging out with your friend, and you will be able to play while I capture some pretty memories for them". Keep things fun and casual.
- Sometimes I'm going to ask you and your family to kiss each other, make tickles and giggles, put your hands on your child's cheeks or your fingers through their hair, and of course will be lots of hugs and cuddles. Doing these things will allow me to capture the emotion and connection of your family.
- For couples/parents, there will be a lot of closeness, kisses, laughter, and some prompts to get the funniest and sexiest reactions from both of you, all in a relaxed atmosphere, without feeling forced or uncomfortable!
- Above all, FORGET ABOUT ME, be present with your partner and family, and enjoy the moment you're sharing!
The most important thing will be engaging with each other rather than looking at the camera all the time. But no worry, you also will get beautiful portraits, together and separately, lots of details, and much more in this stage of your life, which may not always be the same, but you will have a memory forever!
What to wear
What you wear in a photo session is just as important as all the other details such as lighting and location. Choosing the right outfits and colors will flatter you and make you look and feel your best!
- If you use a color palette to get dressed the pictures will get a beautiful depth, unlike if everyone uses the same color.
- Bright, neon colors can leave weird colors on your skin when photographed. That's why it's better to avoid them.
- I’d recommend choosing 2 to 3 colors for your color palette.
- Clothes without logos.
- If you do want someone’s outfit to have a pattern or print, pick one to two individuals and keep everyone else in neutrals or solids that coordinate with that.
- The point of family pictures is for your beautiful faces to show, so don’t let them be overpowered by large, loud patterns.
- Dresses are always something romantic and special.
- But dresses are not mandatory. You can also do a cute jumpsuit or top and bottom combo.
- Please be sure that your kids will be comfortable with what you want them to wear.
- Boys can be dressed similarly to dads with a button-up shirt with nice pants or shorts.
- Simple dresses or rompers for girls. Onesies and body suits for babies.
- Choose YOUR outfit first. Choose the color you want to wear and build from there. We all know it’s hardest to get us dressed, so start with yourself instead of fitting yourself in at the end. Wear something that makes you feel comfortable, beautiful, and most like yourself!
- Ultimately, you can lay out all the clothes on the floor and look at them all together, in this way, you will see everything clearly. The combination of colors and tones is what you had imagined?

WHAT DOES LIFESTYLE MEAN?
Authentic, natural, and a little more true to life! I’m not a photographer who is going to overly pose you or your family. I will observe and guide you a little, in a way completely natural to you!
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. My editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks and up to 3 weeks in high seasons. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver beautiful images.
When do I have to make the last payment?
The last payment will be made after the session. I will send you the receipt, and just like how you booked your session, the second payment will be through Paypal.
